What should I do to lose weight in one month?

  3.  Exercise regularly. You can’t lose weight without burning calories and building muscle. You should aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate to intense exercise every day, or at least 5 times a week. You can do any activity that you enjoy, such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing or lifting weights. Just make sure you challenge yourself and vary your routine.
